Teranga

Rooted in traditional African home cooking that emphasizes African-grown ingredients, Teranga is a culinary journey into the depth, diversity, and deliciousness that the motherland has to offer.  In Senegal, “Teranga” is perhaps the most highly regarded value.  Roughly translated, it means “good hospitality.”  In practice, Teranga reflects how one treats a guest—with open arms and a seat around the bowl.  Teranga’s menu is created by Executive Chef and Co-Founder, Pierre Thiam.

Teranga is open during our regular public hours:

Tuesday—Friday, 8am—7pm

Saturday & Sunday, 9am—7pm

Please follow them on social media for news of any exceptions for ticketed or private events.

With one weekend left, make sure you visit and experience 'All Power to All People' by @hankwthomas.

A special thank you to Kindred Arts who we partnered with to make this all possible and NYC Dot for supporting the vision as well. https://t.co/Q3FAeAVKeb
