Announcing our “Top of the Mile” Community Day, October 14

We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming “Top of the Mile” Community Day, on Saturday, October 14!

In partnership with the Manhattan Borough President’s Office and our neighbors el Museo del Barrio and Museum of the City of New York, we are throwing our doors open for a fun-filled family day celebrating community and culture.

All are invited to join us for children’s activities, African-influenced food tastings, live music, sessions on financial literacy, voter registration, hands-on engineering experiments for kids, hard-hat tours of The Africa Center, and more!

Keep an eye on this blog for further information, and register to attend for free here.

We look forward to welcoming you to The Africa Center!
